M/s South West Bliss Private Limited (Promoter) (CIN no
U68200HR2024PTC123144) is developing a residential plotted
colony under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna 2016 scheme namely
“NeoLiv Grand Park” (Project) on total land admeasuring 19.4625
acres (approx. 78761.273 square meters) situated at Village
Jakhauli and Aterna, Sector 70, Sonipat (Project Land). The
Project is being developed pursuant to License bearing no. 116
of 2024 dated 12th August 2024 granted by Director General Town
and Country Planning, Haryana Chandigarh (DTCP), Layout Plan
dated 16th August 2024 granted by DTCP and Demarcation cum
Zoning Plan bearing memo no. ZP-2108/JD(GK)/2025/13108 dated
15th April 2025 granted by DTCP. The Company has also obtained
approval for change of developer from DTCP bearing memo no
LC-5223-JE(MK)-2024/5829 dated 13th April 2025. The Project is
registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority,
Panchkula (HRERA) bearing registration number
HRERA-PKL-SNP-698-2025 dated 22.05.2025. The terms of allotment/
sale are subject to Application Form, Allotment Letter,
Agreement for Sale and/or Conveyance Deed. All approvals are
